Organizzazione no profit. Possiede una stazione radio ospitata presso l'ospedale psichiatrico Tiburcio Borda di Buenos Aires.

La radio è gestita interamente da ricoverati nell'ospedale. Trasmette da più di 15 anni. Hanno da poco inciso un disco, in collaborazione con Manu Chao: 20 pezzi per ridere, piangere, meditare... sulla vita, la morte, le madri, la solitudine, l'amore, il tango, il Papa, la fine del mondo, il sole.....
